How do I register?

Provide us your user info here: Request User Access. Our team will verify your account information and provide your account info via email. If you register after 4PM pacific time, we'll provide your log-in information by the next business day.

Is access to the store immediate upon registration?

No, our customer care team will need to review your account information to set-up your online account to match your business needs.

Can more than one user be registered for the same account?

No. In order to protect your account, we only allow one registered user per account location.

How do I change the billing address on the checkout page?

If you need to change the address that is tied to the credit card that is being used, you can do that in the section where you input your credit card information under "Credit Card Address". Select "Use another address" if the billing and shipping address don't match the credit card address.

If you still want to change your billing address or shipping address, please contact customer care at (800) 603-4996. They will make this change in our system and the next time you purchase online the new address(es) will be reflected.

What do I do if the product that I need is out of stock?

We make it easy to be notified when the product is back in stock. On the product page, click on the "Notify Me" box and we'll email you when the product is back in stock.

For every order you place in the HydraFacial Online Store you will receive 1.5% credit on your order (tax and shipping not included).
